I ordered this dress for my daughter choosing to send her exact measurements so dress would fit perfectly. I sent those measurements in and received a return email encouraging me to remeasure and they also included directions on how to properly measure. The second time I measured my daughter using the directions provided the measurements were very different. I sent an email with those new measurements and was informed that though the dress was already being made they would start over with the correct measurements. They also stated that they would hurry to make sure the dress would be done in time. We received the dress about 8 days later. I helped my daughter try on this beautiful dress that fit perfectly and cried. My daughter looked so beautiful and she was so happy. This meant so much to both of us.
